Dog waste bags and dispensers: check the fit, then the cost per bag
Three specific pack/dispenser options, all Earth Rated Gen 3 unscented, rechecked 12 October 2026. This is not a cross-brand quality ranking. Opening, leakage and strength were not tested.
Keep a working holder
If your holder attaches securely and dispenses smoothly, keep it. An existing outing pouch can carry sufficient clean, unused bags. This does not mean reusing a soiled bag. New equipment spending may be zero; refills still cost money.

Cost and fit
Agent: NT$169 + 75 shipping = 244, including holder and 15 bags. Do not treat 244 / 15 as ongoing refill cost. Replacement strap/base prices unknown.
For someone without an accessible, attachable holder; keep a working holder instead of replacing it.

Below-threshold fees remain unknown, so NT$160 is not a delivered total. The older DEAKR1-A900J4LOO listing was sold out; it is not a purchase option.
Fit, opening and refills
Each roll contains 15 bags. The agent states Gen 2/3 compatibility. For other brands, verify roll width, diameter and dispenser opening; a universal-fit claim is not testing. Roll dimensions remain unknown. Gen 3 refills signal three bags remaining. Pull, separate at the perforation and part the opening; ease of use is untested.
The brand product page says to twist clockwise without naming the reference part. Its support page is more specific: hold the outer capsule and rotate the base of the inner capsule counterclockwise until it clicks and locks. These directions can describe opposite viewing/reference parts. Align the vertical slots and follow the instructions supplied with the actual unit; this was not hands-on tested.

Total cost, not just sticker price
Refill cost per bag = (actual refill payment + shipment cost) / bag count. List holder cost separately. Agent delivery is NT$75 below NT$1,000, free at the threshold; do not buy unnecessary stock to qualify. Recheck price and delivery before checkout. No order was placed; availability and checkout success are not guaranteed.
An annual estimate also needs actual bags per outing, outings and replacement costs. Unknown parts are not free. Bags are single-use; model-specific dispenser cleaning, heat tolerance and dishwasher instructions remain unverified.
Recycled does not mean compostable
The agent lists 65% post-consumer recycled plastic and 35% polyethylene. No SKU-specific composting certification or suitable processing conditions were verified. We make no home/industrial compostability claim and never imply littering is acceptable. Follow local waste-disposal rules.
