Accounts and favourites

Free accounts collect a username, email address and password information needed for authentication through the WordPress account system. Signed-in favourites are associated with your account to display your saved list. The site does not provide a public member directory.

Browser storage

Sign-in uses essential cookies. Guest favourites are retained in the browser. Checklist selections and ticks use localStorage in the current browser and do not automatically sync between devices. Clearing browser data may remove that progress.

Contact and website services

Contact forms collect the information you submit so we can handle and reply to enquiries. Hosting, Jetpack and anti-spam services may process IP addresses, browser information, usage records and form content for statistics, maintenance and abuse prevention. Managing your data

Update account details in your member space. Request access, correction or deletion through our contact form; identity will be checked first. Account data and favourites are retained until deletion or no longer needed to provide the service. Enquiries are retained as needed to respond and maintain the service; backups may take longer to clear.

External sites and transactions

External merchants apply their own privacy and purchase terms. This site does not currently take payments. This notice will be updated if commercial tracking or subscription features are added.

Using this site

We provide general preparation and buying information. Protect your account and do not impersonate others or misuse forms. Discuss your pet’s individual health needs with a veterinarian and confirm product or service conditions with the provider. Changes to this page will carry an updated date.
